Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received them.
• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate goods, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or final sale reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
